Meet Brick Nic

Nicole has been working with children and families for over 4 years within the childcare industry as an early childhood educator. Nicole has experience as a childcare educator for foster children and has undertaken specialised training for working with children with disabilities and ASD.

Nicole has completed her Bachelor's degree in Science, a Diploma in Early Childhood Educator and is a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® Based Therapy, Nicole has also worked as a teacher developing, creating and delivering sensory play and science squad programs.

Nicole is passionate about early intervention, supporting the development of children through therapeutic and alternative intervention. Nicole enjoys working closely with children’s families and caregivers to provide strategies and education that is consistent with the child's current therapies and provides where applicable ideas and supporting material for families and caregivers to follow through with at home.

Nicole has been living in Emerald for the last 10 years and has built Brick Nic as a local business to Emerald and surrounds supporting the local community with opportunities such as programs like Build with Brick Nic for our toddlers, school holiday programs for all ages and Lego Therapy.
